RRVUNL Recruitment 2025 Salary Details

During Probation Period (2 Years)

Candidates selected for Technician‑III, Operator‑III, or Plant Attendant‑III posts will be appointed as Probationer Trainees.

• Fixed Salary: ₹13,500 per month (no additional allowances during training period).

After Probation (Permanent Appointment)

After successful completion of the 2-year probation period, appointees will be placed in Pay Matrix Level-4 under the 7th Pay Commission.

• Basic Pay: ₹19,200 per month
• Additional Allowances: Includes Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, and other applicable state government benefits.

Allowance Breakdown & Approximate In-Hand Salary

Once appointed on a regular basis, candidates are entitled to various allowances based on their place of posting:

• Gross Salary includes DA (~53%), HRA (up to 30%), and fixed transport allowance.
• NPS Deduction: Around 10% of (Basic + DA) is deducted under the National Pension Scheme.
