Basic Pay & Pay Level

The posts under Group 2 Sub Group 3 fall under Third Category (तृतीय श्रेणी) government service posts.
As per the Madhya Pradesh government pay matrix, most of these posts are placed in the Pay Level–6 to Pay Level–8, depending on the department and post type.

• Basic Pay Range: ₹25,300 to ₹56,100 per month (approx.)

Allowances Included (Gross Salary Components)

In addition to the basic pay, employees receive several allowances as per the Madhya Pradesh government service rules:

• Dearness Allowance (DA): 46% of Basic Pay (as applicable in 2025)
• House Rent Allowance (HRA): 8% to 16% based on city/town class

MPESB Group 2 Sub Group 3 Selection Process 2025

The selection process for the Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) Group-2 Sub Group-3 Combined Recruitment Examination 2025 will be conducted in multiple stages as mentioned in the rulebook:

Stage 1 – Online Written Examination (Computer Based Test – CBT)

The Combined Recruitment Examination 2025 will be held online (CBT mode) from 13 December 2025 in two shifts.

Exam Pattern Overview
