WBSSC Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

According to the WBCSSC 1st SLST 2025 Notification, the selection process for both Group C (Clerk) and Group D (Non-Teaching Staff) posts will be conducted through the State Level Selection Test (SLST) organized by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission (WBCSSC).

The process will consist of the following stages as mentioned in the notification:

1. Written Examination (OMR-Based):
   • Candidates will have to appear in an OMR-based written test.
   • The exam will assess candidates’ knowledge relevant to the post they applied for.
2. Document Verification (DV):
   • Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for document verification.
   • Original certificates and eligibility documents will be verified by the Commission.
3. Panel Preparation & Recommendation:
   • Final merit panels will be prepared based on marks obtained in the written examination.
   • Recommendations will be sent to respective schools for appointment.
