Short Description: NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2025 Notification has officially been released on 8th November 2025 by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). The recruitment drive invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for the post of Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ under Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS), Legal Service, and Protocol & Security Service (P&SS).

A total of 91 vacancies have been announced across various disciplines such as General, Finance, IT, Agriculture Engineering, Food Processing, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Economics, and Legal. Interested candidates can apply online from 08 November to 30 November 2025 through the official website www.nabard.org.

The selection process includes Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam, Psychometric Test, and Interview. The Prelims Exam is scheduled for 20 December 2025, while the Mains Exam will be held on 25 January 2026.

Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹44,500 per month, with total monthly gross emoluments around ₹1,00,000. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in relevant disciplines to be eligible.

NABARD Assistant Manager Grade-A Salary 2025

The selected candidates for the post of Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RDBS / Legal / Protocol & Security Service) will receive an attractive pay scale and benefits package under the 7th Pay Commission.

Pay Scale Structure

Basic Pay: ₹44,500/- per month
Pay Scale: ₹44,500 – 2,500 (4) – 54,500 – 2,850 (7) – 74,450 – EB – 2,850 (4) – 85,850 – 3,300 (1) – 89,150
