Written Examination

The first stage is a written exam comprising two parts:

• Part A – General Knowledge of Rajasthan
  • 40 objective-type questions
  • 40 marks
  • Topics include Rajasthan’s history, culture, geography, polity, and current affairs
• Part B – Technical Subject (Agriculture/Horticulture etc.)
  • 110 objective-type questions
  • 110 marks
  • Topics cover core agriculture disciplines like agronomy, soil science, plant pathology, horticulture, entomology, etc.
• Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes (150 minutes)
• Negative Marking: ⅓ mark will be deducted for each wrong answer

Document Verification (DV)

Candidates who qualify in the written exam will be called for Document Verification. You will need to present original and self-attested copies of:

• Educational certificates (B.Sc. Agriculture/Horticulture)
• Age proof
• Caste/category certificate (if applicable)
