• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• PwBD (UR / EWS): 10 years

Additional Condition:

• Candidates registered under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) must be below 34 years as on 01.11.2025.
• For candidates registered under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), the graduation passing date should not be more than 4 years before 01.11.2025.

• Educational Qualification:
  • Candidate must hold a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
• Additional Conditions:
  • Candidates must be registered on NATS and/or NAPS portal before applying online.
  • For candidates registered under NATS, the date of passing graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding 01 November 2025.
  • Candidates who have undergone apprenticeship or possess job/training experience of one year or more after graduation are not eligible to apply.

Bank of Baroda Apprentice Recruitment 2025 – Salary / Stipend Details

• Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000/- per month
• Training Duration: 12 months (1 year)

Important Points:

• The stipend will be paid after completion of each month, after adjusting any loss of pay (if applicable).
• Apprentices are not eligible for any additional allowances or benefits such as HRA, DA, or TA.
• This is not a regular or contractual employment — candidates will be engaged only as trainees under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
• After completion of training, candidates will be automatically relieved and will not have any claim for permanent employment in the Bank of Baroda.

Bank of Baroda Apprentice Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process

The selection process for engagement as Apprentices in Bank of Baroda will consist of the following three stages:

1. Online Examination

• The online test will be objective type and conducted by BFSI SSC.
• It will include 100 questions for 100 marks with a duration of 60 minutes.
• No negative marking for wrong answers.
• Minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates).

Exam Pattern:

2. Document Verification

• Conducted after qualifying the online test.
• Verification of eligibility, educational qualification, category, and other required documents.
• Candidates must appear at their own expense at the center decided by the Bank.

3. Test of Local Language

• Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding one of the specified local languages of the State/UT applied for.
• Those who have studied the local language in 10th or 12th standard are exempted from this test.
• Conducted after document verification; candidates failing this test will not be engaged as apprentices.

Final Selection: Based on performance in the online examination, document verification, and local language test, subject to medical fitness and fulfillment of all eligibility conditions.

Waitlist: A State-wise and Category-wise Waitlist will remain valid for 1 year or until the next engagement cycle.

How To Fill Bank of Baroda Apprentice Online Form 2025 

1. Register on apprenticeship portals: Create accounts on NATS (nats.education.gov.in) and/or NAPS (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) and note your Enrolment ID / Apprentice Registration Code.
2. Login to the portal where you registered:
   • NATS users: go to Student Register/Login → Apply against advertised vacancies.
   • NAPS users: go to Opportunities → Search by Establishment Name → type “Bank of Baroda” → View → Apply for this Opportunity.
3. Complete portal profile: Fill basic personal details, contact email & mobile (keep them active).
4. Upload required documents on the apprenticeship portal (photograph, signature, Aadhaar/PAN, X/XII marksheet, degree certificate/marksheet, bank passbook/cheque, scribe details if applicable).
5. Submit application on the apprenticeship portal for the Bank of Baroda advertisement and save/print the portal confirmation (Enrolment ID / Registration Code).
6. Wait for BFSI SSC email: After portal submission you will receive an email from [email protected] inviting you to fill the Application-cum-Examination Form.
7. Open the BFSI SSC link from the email and fill the Application-cum-Examination Form with: personal data, category/PwBD status, and choice of State/UT (only one) plus up to three preferred centres/locations.
8. Carefully verify all details on the BFSI SSC form (no changes allowed after final submit).
9. Make online payment of the application fee through the BFSI SSC payment gateway (online mode only) and note the acknowledgement/transaction number.
10. Save & print the final Application-cum-Examination Form and payment receipt for future reference.
11. Ensure only one application is submitted: If multiple, only the last valid & completed one will be considered.
12. Keep your registered e-mail and mobile active for intimation about exam, document verification, and language test.
13. If called later, carry original documents for Document Verification and Language Test at your own expense.
