Application Fees

• PwBD Candidates: ₹400 + GST
• SC / ST / All Women Candidates: ₹600 + GST
• All Other Candidates: ₹800 + GST

Important Notes:

• Application / Examination / Intimation fees are non-refundable.
• GST will be charged as applicable on the application fee.
• Bank transaction charges for online payment must be borne by the candidate.
• Fees will be collected only on demand by BFSI SSC, the examining body deputed by Bank of India.

Bank of India Apprentice Notification 2026: Age Limits (As on 01 December 2025)

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 28 years

Date of Birth Criteria:

• Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02 December 1997 and
• Not later than 01 December 2005 (both dates inclusive)

Upper Age Relaxation

• SC / ST Candidates: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 years
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years

Important Notes:

• The maximum age limit of 28 years applies to General and EWS candidates.
• Candidates claiming age relaxation must produce valid supporting certificates at the required stage of the engagement process.

Bank of India Apprentice Qualification Details

Important Qualification-Related Conditions

• Candidates who have training or job experience of one year or more after completing graduation are not eligible.
• Candidates who have already undergone Apprenticeship training with Bank of India or any other organization, or are currently pursuing Apprenticeship, are not eligible.
• Educational qualification must be supported by original certificates and mark sheets at the time of document verification.

Bank of India Apprentice Salary Details

Monthly Stipend

• Total Monthly Stipend: ₹13,000/- per month
• Engagement Period: One Year (Apprenticeship Training)

Stipend Break-up

Important Notes

• Apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances or benefits.
• The stipend will be credited monthly to the apprentice’s Savings Bank Account, after adjustment of unauthorized leaves, if any.
• The Government of India share (₹4,500/-) will be credited through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the DBT-enabled bank account registered on the NATS portal.
• This engagement is purely a training arrangement. Apprentices are treated as trainees, not employees, and are not entitled to regular employment benefits.

Bank of India Apprentice 2026 Selection Process

The selection for engagement of Apprentices in Bank of India will be conducted in the following stages:

1. Online Written Examination

The online examination will consist of four sections, as detailed below:

• Total Duration: 90 minutes
• Except for English Language, all tests will be available bilingually (English & Hindi).
• The English Language test is qualifying in nature; its marks will not be added to the merit list.
• Minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
• SC / ST / OBC / PwBD candidates will get 5% relaxation in qualifying marks compared to General / EWS candidates.

2. Test of Local Language

• Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding one of the local languages of the state applied for.
• This test will be conducted after qualifying the online examination.
• Candidates who studied the specified local language in 10th or 12th standard are exempted from this test.

3. Final Selection

• Final selection will be based on:
  • Marks obtained in the online examination
  • Qualification in the local language test
  • Document verification
  • Medical fitness
• Merit list will be prepared state-wise and category-wise.
• In case of a tie in marks, the older candidate (by date of birth) will be placed higher in the merit list.

How To Fill Bank of India Apprentice Online Form 2026

Step 1: Register on NATS Portal

• Visit the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal.
• Complete Student Registration / Login on the portal.
• After successful registration, note down your Enrolment ID, as it is mandatory for further application.

Step 2: Apply for Bank of India Apprenticeship

• Login to the NATS portal using your User ID and Password.
• Go to “Apply against advertised vacancies” section.
• Select Bank of India – Apprenticeship Engagement 2025–26.
• Apply for only one State and one Zone.

Step 3: Receive Email from BFSI SSC

• Eligible candidates will receive an email from [email protected] within 48 hours of applying on the NATS portal.
• This email will invite candidates to fill the Application-cum-Examination Fee Form.

Step 4: Fill Application-cum-Examination Fee Form

• Enter personal details, category, PwBD status, and zone preference.
• Upload required details carefully as no correction will be allowed later.

Step 5: Pay Application Fee

• Pay the online examination / application fee as applicable.
• Application process will be considered complete only after successful fee payment.

Step 6: Save Application Details

• After payment, a copy of the Application-cum-Examination Fee Form will be sent to your registered email within 48 hours.
• Save the acknowledgement number and application copy for future reference.

• No other mode of application is allowed.
