Short Description: The Rajasthan Computer Instructor competitive examination syllabus and scheme are designed to evaluate candidates for the posts of Senior Computer Instructor and Basic Computer Instructor. The examination will carry a total of 200 marks and will consist of two papers. Each paper will be of 100 marks with a duration of 2 hours and will include 100 multiple-choice questions. Negative marking will be applied, and one-third (1/3) of the marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

Paper-I includes subjects related to Rajasthan such as Art & Culture, History, Geography, General Science and Current Affairs of Rajasthan. It also includes General Ability topics such as Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability, Decision Making and Problem Solving, General Mental Ability, Basic Numeracy including numbers and their relations, and Data Interpretation including charts, graphs, tables and data sufficiency.

Paper-II focuses on computer science subjects. The syllabus includes Pedagogy, Fundamentals of Computer, Programming Fundamentals, Data Structures and Algorithms, Digital Logic Systems, Computer Organization and Architecture, Operating Systems, Database Management Systems, Software Engineering, Data Communication and Computer Networks, Network Security, Basics of Communication and Web Development. These topics are designed to assess the candidate’s technical knowledge and understanding of computer systems and information technology.
